EAST 47 Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your EAST 47 purchase. 


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including tags, inner bag, vacuum bag, and dust cover).

  • The product must not be worn, washed, or show signs of damage or use.

  • All returns must be pre-approved by EAST 47 before being sent back.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email) is required.

Items that arrive in used condition will be rejected and sent back to you.
We do not accept returns of any heavily handled, used, or damaged goods under any circumstances.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to reject any item that arrives in used or damaged condition.


Return Process

  1. Email us at hello@east47.co.uk with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using tracked shipping — EAST 47 is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged goods

  • Products sent back without prior approval

  • Products returned outside the 30-day window


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your item (if eligible), and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@east47.co.uk with clear photos and a description within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
